In a culture where busyness and hyper-productivity are the norm, it can feel nearly impossible to escape the constant whirlwind of stimuli, leaving little room for meaningful reflection and genuine connection with ourselves and others. The Wise & Well “Unplug & Recharge” retreat invites you to escape the noise, distractions and pressures of daily life to slow down, unwind and rediscover the beauty of the present moment.
Our “Unplug & Recharge” retreat programming will focus on disconnecting from the outside world, immersing in nature, fostering true connection with ourselves and others, and of course, embracing wellness through movement, mindfulness and holistic health practices. All of our retreats encourage guests to limit technology use, but this retreat in specific will have one full “digital detox” day dedicated to immersing in the present moment. You’ll leave this retreat feeling renewed, more deeply connected to yourself and the present moment, and with a healthier relationship to technology and the busyness of life.

Four nights tucked away in nature at the luxurious and secluded Wisdom Woods retreat property (approximately 100 acres of Northwoods forests and lakes.
Curated retreat itinerary to optimize wellness, mindfulness & connection

60 minute spa treatment
Relaxing & rejuvenating spa treatment consisting of massage & energy work with our retreat massage therapist & reiki master.
Seasonal, gourmet, organic menus
11 gourmet, organic, health-conscious meals prepared by our Resident Chef. Our menus are customized for each retreat and are inspired by our seasonal, organic Wisdom Woods Garden.
Unlimited access to our health bar

Relax and rejuvenate at our serene Northwoods spa that encompasses amenities such as our wood-burning, cedar-clad sauna, thermally-insulated cold plunge tank. jacuzzi, relaxation lounges, wood-burning soaking tub and outdoor relaxation terraces.
Private Transportation
Once your flights are booked, we coordinate and manage all of your private transportation to & from the airport and the Wisdom Woods property.

The “Unplug & Recharge” retreat is for anyone looking for an opportunity to step away from their busy lives to immerse in nature, focus on their health & well-being, and learn to reconnect with the present moment. At Wise & Well, we believe that you can learn from everyone, regardless of age or background, which is why this retreat is open to individuals of all ages and experiences. While many guests come to Wise & Well retreats solo, we also welcome individuals coming together (i.e. friends, mother/daughter duos, colleagues, etc.). While there will be plenty of personal time and self reflection, this retreat has a community vibe designed to bring out the wellness benefits of fostering social bonds and connections with other like-minded people. We are here together to reconnect with our inner wisdom and rebalance our bodies, minds and spirits.

Our retreat pricing is thoughtfully structured based on room accommodation, allowing you to choose the experience that best aligns with your preferences, desires and budget. No matter which accommodation option you choose, you’ll enjoy the same luxury retreat experience with personalized care and service.
