Josh’s extensive nutrition knowledge and culinary experience make him a key component of the Wise & Well experience.
Chef Josh comes from a family where food has always been ingrained in the culture and a catalyst for connection. After completing his culinary training at Florence Culinary Art School in Florence, Italy, he went on to work under one of Italy’s top chefs at a two-Michelin-star restaurant. Over the last seven years, Josh has traveled the world as a private chef, curating elite dining experiences for some of the country’s top business owners and entrepreneurs within the comfort of their homes.
Chef Josh specializes in health-conscious Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Italian cuisines.
